IGREJA BATISTA ENTREGA MAIS  UMA OBRA

 O Ministério de Construção Solidária da Primeira Igreja Batista em Batalha se reuniu no sábado, 14/05/22, na casa da família dos irmãos: Zezinho do Caldo, Hilda e Henzo para a construção de um muro. A equipe é formada por cozinheiras, ajudantes, pedreiros, armadores, carpinteiro, eletricistas, encanadores, mestres de obra, pintores e engenheiro.

Incrível, os trabalhadores usaram quase dois mil tijolos na primeira etapa da construção do muro em um único dia. Como crentes batistas entendemos que fomos chamados por Cristo para servir.

Em 1 João 3:17-18 é dito: “Se alguém tiver recursos materiais e, vendo seu irmão em necessidade, não se compadecer dele, como pode permanecer nele o amor de Deus? Filhinhos, não amemos de palavra nem de boca, mas em ação e em verdade.” Entendemos que o Evangelho se baseia totalmente na prática, nunca na teoria. Precisamos realmente viver o que pregamos e pregar o que vivemos para a honra e glória do nosso Deus, criador dos céus e da terra.

   

BAPTIST CHURCH DELIVERS ANOTHER WORK

 The Ministry of Solidarity Construction of the First Baptist Church in Batalha met on Saturday, 05/14/22, at the family home of the brothers: Zezinho do Caldo, Hilda and Henzo to build a wall. The team is made up of cooks, helpers, bricklayers, shipowners, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, foremen, painters and engineers.

Incredibly, the workers used almost two thousand bricks in the first stage of building the wall in a single day. As Baptist believers we understand that we have been called by Christ to serve.

In 1 John 3:17-18 it says, “If anyone has material resources and, seeing his brother in need, does not have compassion on him, how can the love of God abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or mouth, but in deed and in truth.” We understand that the Gospel is based entirely on practice, never theory. We really need to live what we preach and preach what we live for the honor and glory of our God, creator of heaven and earth.
