O crente pode participar de festa junina?

 

 

As chamadas festas juninas têm alguma fundamentação bíblica? O apóstolo João tem alguma coisa a ver com essa festa? O uso do nome do apóstolo nessa festa tem algum fundo histórico? A resposta é um sonoro NÃO. Essa festa não tem nada a ver com o Cristianismo histórico. Não tem qualquer base bíblica. Portanto, é uma inovação estranha à fé evangélica. O que um cristão deveria fazer? Participar? Trazer para a igreja com algumas adaptações? Creio que devemos seguir o conselho do apóstolo Paulo em 2 Coríntios 10:23 “Todas as coisas são lícitas”, mas nem todas convém; “todas as coisas são lícitas”, mas nem todas edificam.

O crente pode participar de festa junina? Entendemos que ninguém pode cercear o direito de ir e vir, de fazer suas escolhas, o ser humano é livre e foi Deus quem o fez assim.

Só que precisamos examinar a Bíblia e considerar 1 Coríntios 10:31 “Portanto, se vocês comem, ou bebem ou fazem qualquer outra coisa, façam tudo para a glória de Deus.” Você acredita mesmo que todo o cenário em torno da festa junina, as danças, usos de drogas como cigarros e bebidas alcoólicas e homenagem aos santos católicos é para a glória de Deus?

Como que um crente verdadeiro exclamaria: viva São João! Viva! sem trazer um desconforto?

O apóstolo Paulo deixa muito claro em 2 Coríntios 6:14-16 “Não se ponham em jugo desigual com os descrentes. Pois que sociedade pode haver entre a justiça e a iniquidade? Ou que comunhão existe entre a luz e as trevas? Que harmonia pode haver entre Cristo e o Maligno? Ou que união existe entre o crente e o descrente? Que ligação há entre o santuário de Deus e os ídolos? Porque nós somos santuário do Deus vivo, como ele próprio disse: “Habitarei e andarei entre eles; serei o seu Deus, e eles serão o meu povo.”

Entendam que não temos preconceitos, temos opinião.

Então quando perguntarem se um crente pode ou não participar de festa junina, a resposta é: O crente pode participar, enquanto livre; mas um crente convicto de sua identidade e consciente do que Cristo representa em sua vida, jamais usará de sua liberdade para dá lugar para se envolver em algo que não promova a glória de Deus. Em Mateus 6:24 fica muito claro quando diz que não podemos servir a dois senhores.   

Saiba que a estreita é a porta e apertado o caminho que conduz para vida, mas são poucos os que a encontram.

Jesus nunca obrigou ninguém segui-lo, no entanto Ele foi muito sincero quando disse em Lucas 9:23 “Se alguém quer vir após mim, negue-se a si mesmo, dia a dia tome a sua cruz e siga-me.”

Entenda que esses critérios só são válidos para àqueles que realmente foram alcançados e estão dispostos a seguir Jesus, caso contrário, nada disso se aplica a você. JESUS VOLTARÁ!!  

 

Infelizmente o mundo está vivendo um verdadeiro relativismo religioso. Vale a pena você ler e entender um pouco sobre o que a Bíblia fala sobre o crente e a festa junina. Pode ou não pode? Há uma verdadeira banalização do evangelho por parte de alguns que se aproximam de uma igreja evangélica e simulam uma conversão. Essas pessoas nunca estiveram de fato dispostos a pagar o devido preço por seguir a Cristo e a abandonar aquilo que lhes dá "prazer". O hedonismo é uma doutrina moral e filosófica que prega a ideia de prazer extremo, um bem supremo que traz sentido para a vida e existência humana. Elaborado na Grécia Antiga, acredita que a busca incessante pelo prazer e a negação das dores são meios para o encontro da felicidade. E é justamente assim que a sociedade que não tem Deus está vivendo, a busca do prazer pelo prazer. Fiquem na paz!

Do the so-called June festivals have any biblical foundation? Does the apostle John have anything to do with this feast? Does the use of the apostle's name at this feast have any historical background? The answer is a resounding NO. This party has nothing to do with historical Christianity. It has no biblical basis. Therefore, it is an innovation foreign to the evangelical faith. What should a Christian do? To participate? Bring to church with some adaptations? I believe we should follow the apostle Paul's advice in 2 Corinthians 10:23 “All things are lawful,” but not all things are expedient; “all things are lawful,” but not all things edify.

Can a believer participate in a June party? We understand that no one can restrict the right to come and go, to make their choices, human beings are free and it was God who made them that way.

But we need to look at the Bible and consider 1 Corinthians 10:31 “Therefore if you eat or drink or do anything else, do all for the glory of God.” Do you really believe that the whole scenario around the June festival, the dances, drug use such as cigarettes and alcoholic beverages and homage to Catholic saints is for the glory of God?

As a true believer would exclaim: Long live Saint John! Live! without causing discomfort?

The apostle Paul makes it very clear in 2 Corinthians 6:14-16 “Do not be unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what society can there be between justice and iniquity? Or what communion is there between light and darkness? What harmony can there be between Christ and the Evil One? Or what union is there between the believer and the unbeliever? What connection is there between God's sanctuary and idols? For we are the sanctuary of the living God, as he himself said: “I will dwell and walk among them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.”

Understand that we don't have prejudices, we have opinions.

So when asked whether or not a believer can participate in a June festival, the answer is: The believer can participate, while free; but a believer convinced of his identity and aware of what Christ represents in his life, will never use his freedom to give way to get involved in something that does not promote the glory of God. In Matthew 6:24 it is very clear when it says that we cannot serve two masters.

Know that the narrow is the door and the narrow is the way that leads to life, but there are few who find it.

Jesus never forced anyone to follow Him, however He was very sincere when He said in Luke 9:23 “If anyone wants to come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”

Understand that these criteria are only valid for those who have really been achieved and are willing to follow Jesus, otherwise none of this applies to you. JESUS ​​WILL COME BACK!!

 

Unfortunately, the world is experiencing a true religious relativism. It is worth reading and understanding a little about what the Bible says about the believer and the June festival. Can or can not? There is a real trivialization of the gospel on the part of some who approach an evangelical church and simulate a decision. These people have never really been willing to pay the right price for following Christ and forsaking what they enjoy. Hedonism is a moral and philosophical doctrine that preaches the idea of ​​extreme pleasure, a supreme good that brings meaning to human life and existence. Elaborated in Ancient Greece, it believes that the incessant search for pleasure and the denial of pain are means to find happiness. And this is precisely how the society that has no God is living, the pursuit of pleasure for pleasure's sake. Be at peace!
